Drawings
Drawing has always been one of my favorite ways to slow down and truly observe. Whether working from a reference or exploring an idea, the process requires patience, focus, and attention to the smallest details.
Many of my drawings are rooted in realism, where I have challenged myself to capture texture, expression, light, and form as accurately as possible. Others move in a much more abstract direction, allowing me to experiment with distortion, movement, and composition.
Working primarily in pencil, I am drawn to the versatility of a simple medium. With little more than graphite and paper, it becomes possible to create depth, atmosphere, and intricate detail through thousands of deliberate marks.
Together, these drawings reflect both my technical discipline and creative exploration — an ongoing pursuit of seeing, understanding, and interpreting the world through line, value, and form.
